Been a fan of Shift in Flagstaff for years, but this weekend was my first visit since Chef Tamara Stanger took the helm. Fantastic as always! Duck taquitos with mesquite mole and apple pico de gallo; mussels toast with tomato mayo, jicama, Fresno chiles, and sunflower sprouts; praline pepita pie.
