BTW, $1 billion in 90 days is world-historical levels of corruption. It took Suharto 30 years to amass $40 billion dollars. The Assad family? $22 billion across 50+ years. Ferdinand Marcos? $7.5 billion in 20 years. Mugabe only had a single billion after 37 years.
