I enjoyed the interview, his views on the style of politics now and then were interesting. I don’t support the tories but I felt he was of a more honourable time.

Why does everyone seem to think a U turn is such a bad thing? I’d rather have a government who realises they got something wrong and rethinks it, than dig their heels in and continue regardless.

Just when you thought Trump and Vance couldn’t get any lower. I feel so heartbroken for President Zelensky and the people of Ukraine.

I feel so desperately sorry for Zelensky. He was trying so hard to be reasonable while those two disrespectful fools were shouting him down and then telling him not to raise his voice. Their ignorance is beyond belief. Just when I thought they couldn’t go any lower. USA what have you done?

I listened to The Newsagents with my jaw dropping when I heard Suella speaking. This type of message is terrifying. Thank you @newsagents for bringing it to our attention. I haven’t seen or heard anything about it elsewhere. I am so sorry for the effect on British Muslims.
