I have no artistic ability but would send long descriptive letters of all the weird shit I experienced to my girlfriend. I did it four summers and still have scarring on my ears from noseeums.

Avoided the Beaver Fever but one of our camp helpers almost poisoned the entire camp by putting in ten times the amount of water purification chemical in our water tank. He was also someone that put canned aerosol bug repellent on the camp stove to "warm it". So many stories and memories/nightmares

Sounds like the Shannon Inn in Fort Nelson B.C. They let 8 of us, tree planters off for a couple of days, all share a room, so the price was right. Blood stains on the wall, all manner of hair and other stains. My home away from home when not living in a tent near a clear cut in 1994.

I find if you can make until 730 pm you are good. You will wake up early the next day but should be good to go after that.
