Picked up these beautiful beans at Aligre over the weekend. Forgot what they're called but the actual beans aren't speckled like borlotti beans so no idea. I'll figure out something plant based this week.

Enjoyed this lentil and roasted leek salad last night. Lots of herbs (dill, parsley and tarragon) plus lemon. Definitely making this again.

Re: being able to downvote here at Bluesky, this is a good example why it's not needed. Some clown who knows very little about the US makes a stupid post and gets ratioed by people who actually are American.

I try not to brag too much about my cat training skills, but they're top notch. They like providing critical feedback on sofa style and design but they know I make the final call.
