Tulum isn’t just beaches and ruins—it’s fire, smoke, and history. The Maya saw huitlacoche not as rot, but as a gift. Cochinita pibil slow-cooked in earth, tortillas pressed by hands that remember. Eat with respect. Taste with intention. Here, even decay has flavor, and history still breathes.
