Disclaimer: I only just discovered the podcast. So I haven't been waiting long at all 😅.

I can see how some folks might think it is too predictable. But, in my opinion, there are still plenty of surprises; none of which feel cheap or unearned.

If you're looking for some fun tolkienesque fantasy, I recommend checking this series out.

The races are familiar — humans, elves, dwarves, giants, and goblins all make appearances. But the setting is not — humans have not even entered into the bronze age at the start.

The story is not emotionally draining. I find myself energized to find out what happens next in our heroes adventures.
