I dealt with a similar nightmare recently. You need to get a rejection plus EOB document from your primary, and then submit the claim to your secondary and there were at least a couple of three-way calls.

You mean subscribing to an item? No this is if you’ve ordered something already and it’s being processed, you can add additional items to that shipment but now they’ve removed one step and you have to double check to not make that mistake.

When you are searching for items and it gives you a list, some items are “add to cart” but ones that can be added to an upcoming order have the other button in the same place so it is easy to accidentally instantly order. I like adding to cart while I’m figuring out what to buy so it’s annoying 😠

Andrew Loomis (one of the more well known illustrators) has a bunch of books and there should be a lot of resources about him and the catalogs since they are an interesting historical reference.
