The only public private partnership we need is that ALL land is public owned and EVERYTHING on top of the land is privately owned

reform is fine, no reform is great, its better than violent revolution..

BUT...

reform has to start with the biggest issues FIRST..

which some might say makes it harder to achieve than violent revolution...

so whats the biggest issue?

Sometimes I read what I've written while on my medication and it seems foreign yet familiar until I realise I wrote it.

Adhd meds make your brain fire properly and I'd be a mess without them

Humans have biases therefore humans will naturally manipulate and coerce.

If it's a given then we can choose minimal state power in hope of less corruption.

But the wrong form of minimal government is worse than totalitarianism.

Dilemma.

have we even really come to terms with our personal mortality if we haven't come to terms with the mortality of our species.

if the redemption of personal death is found in serving others; then naturally the redemption of species(special) death is found in teaching others - to serve others.

Tech primitivism is minimal mainly in aesthetic.

Peasant cuisine is maximal on nourishment.

Both of these are affirming to the soul.

What are our chances of convincing all relevant parties to install a free wind powered supercharger in memory of the late Jess Patience?

I expect some freshness in a breaky burrito. Pico in pico de gallo doesn't mean so pico that picante doesn't register at all. Fuckk. Morning rekt if not for the latte over ice. Luckily that's harder to fuck up. Shit!

In social democracy, our elected representatives should represent Us not the U.S

They should be our mouthpiece but does it seem like they are?

To me it feels like the peoples interests are being drowned out by other competing interests who have more clout capital than the real everyday folk.

there is an opportunity here for social media to work together to make a shared solution to age verification that provides incentives for using it rather than punishment.

there are so many opportunities here.

why is everyone so pessimistic?

This is my favorite speech I've read from Henry George. He doesn't talk about land value tax at all, instead he speaks at length about the importance of eco...

I get the zero tolerance approach but just because someone annoys you? how will you be challenged? how will you grow?
Just my 2 cents. But my goal is to ignore the trolls. Give them zero attention. Block them if they annoy me.

I think the worst thing we can do on this site is re-create the ad hominem/ personal attacks that occur across comments on Twitter/insta/tiktok/ etc
