I love that Americas answer to GDPR was to simply geo block europe so when I need to get all my vaccination records for the doctor I can't login to the medical portal.

Gdpr dictates you register as a data processor if you are storing data for eu residents but it’s a grey area to determine what counts as data storage. Over the past year I’ve found a couple government sites simply geo blocking and had to ask friends to send me forms.

I’m constantly annoyed by doctors pushing homeopathic medication on me, telling me X isn’t covered by public insurance or struggling to find a doctor who takes public then waiting an hour to be seen for an appointment while people with private waltz through.

Good old European superiority kicking in. How many of the universal healthcare systems have seen significant improvements or necessary overhauls in the last 20 years? Germany’s system is incredibly dysfunctional and has been for quite some time.
