Imagine the power of every Democrat walking out in protest, forcing a confrontation that the public couldn’t ignore.

This is no longer about decorum or waiting for the next election. It’s about fighting back in real time, disrupting the spaces where decisions are made.

If your staff isn’t present—on campus, in the workplace, in the community—then what are they doing? Members, hold your organizers accountable. Challenge them to show up, and help you build something real. Organizing isn’t a desk job. It’s a fight, and fights aren’t won from behind a screen.

This is a call to action. Stand with your coworkers. Stand for better wages. Stand for your rights. If you refuse to be part of the fight, don’t expect to share in the victories. The time for sitting on the fence is over—either you stand with us, or you stand alone.

By refusing to stand with us, you are weakening the very force that protects you. Employers count on division. They want you to stay quiet, to stay disconnected, to let others do the hard work. But when workers are divided, we all lose.

Now is the time to unionize, mobilize, and take action for those who need it most—the immigrant under attack. When the state comes knocking, when the raids happen, when the laws tighten—we do not look away. We stand. We shield. We fight.
