This complex will ruin the vibe entirely. A somewhat nice organic “cool” neighborhood will become a yuppie nightmare and everyone involved will still be terrified to go 10 blocks in any one direction. Aging poorly into 4th Street Live 2.0. It’s already turning into an AirBnB tourist trap. No locals
