Definitely in the city. I don't draw anything outside of our fine borders. Unless the price is right, ha!

If you want to get technical, it doesn't exist east of Halsted either. (I only know this because I just looked at a map and saw Halsted doesn't go as far north as Montrose)

Wow, thanks for this. I had never seen one before, then two within a week or so of each other. They are really cool looking, and I first thought they were just big corner bungalows (I saw the first from the back and side), then realized they were holy bungalows once I got to the front.
