Probably dumb question, but are they region free disks or are you using a player for said region with them for best compatibility?
Cos I know other regions the power frequency can cause issue for other regions disks.

It's especially scary because it seems like any Internet control laws that occur in the UK, the US quickly follows with the same changes.
I truly hate the modern state of the Internet and how ok people are with just handing over their last little bit of anonymity.
