thread for remaking my eorzea academy cosplay a little 🙂↕️ originally made this in late 2019/early 2020 and it was rushed at the end and my last cosplay before the Big Sad Era, and before it was more than just the April fools joke. Remaking bow and jacket only.

every app i try to use for cosplay organizing ends up unsupported and broken 😔 think im ending up on a mix of procreate, photo albums and checklists now ugh man

also went to AE Harumatsuri the week after sakuracon, touched up and added a couple Deidara things but I think this process will continue until i die. my cosplay of theseus. only dropped by for a couple hours, saw some highschool friends and ate some snacks and took some pics and fucked off LOL

I feel like it’s almost too late to make a Sakuracon 2025 recap post but I’ve been really lazy about social media after crunching for that con it was worth it tho, most fun I’ve had at a con in a loooong time, it felt very nostalgic 😭💕 good send-off for visiting America for the time being 🫡

been a little quiet on cosplay prog recently but work picked up a tiny bit and im still dealing with the fallout of the apartment flooding (moving out temporarily next week 😭) hopefully back on the mega motivation train again once that’s settled and work takes a hiatus between seasons 😮💨 tiring !!!

the contest slightly conflicts with the final fantasy concert times so im likely out (need time to change between and can’t guarantee contest won’t run late) 🫡 this is also probably my last Sakuracon for a few years for Reasons™️ 🇺🇸🦅 and we’ve cut down on the travel and time spent there this year 😮💨
