Hard agree on Jovial. We’ve been getting it for a couple of years for our gluten-sensitive kiddo, and I actually prefer it to wheat pasta now 😆

You do need to cook it longer than it says though (at least in Colorado) - generally an extra couple of minutes. It’s weirdly gross when undercooked

Sorry, what? I did read your story this afternoon. Recalling the shooting was a gut punch, and reading about how it has inspired and strengthened the political resolve of these 4 black men was a bit of a hopeful balm in these horrifying times we live in
