Hey degens, sorry I haven't been active, but I've been talking to a therapist and I think I'm finally seeing progress so I'm gonna continue and see where life takes me. Now that bluesky is public I'm probably gonna make a new account so I can match my @'s on all platforms. Thx everyone

I took really good care myself today with my new system , therapist is actually helping. I'd say I earned a stream so join me tomorrow for my "redebut" under my new mental health system and we'll find out if I've improved as I play fortnite for the first time ever tomorrow!

The new system is I wanna focus on work life balance, treating content creation like work and taking care of myself inspite of my depression as life. I will no longer have a schedule and instead play it by ear. Basically I only stream if I sufficiently took care of life for the day.
