Water Kiss

They create a filament as they coagulate that eventually allows a blob to form and using said mana allows them to float above the water for easier access to airborne microscopic sheddings. Folklore wise they're called "Loa" and people believe they are born from the ocean itself celebrating the coming of the Harvest Sprites. Much like how the amount of Harvest Sprites is said to foretell the yield of the harvest, if a Loa hovers over a boat, it’s thought that the next fishing haul will be bountiful. Usually, Loas appear before the actual appearance of the Harvest Sprites, and once they do, they're called "Loa Days." #SpindleLore
