I was getting troubleshooting help post-stream from @fenny.moe last night, who helped figure out that something in windows called the "Hardware-accelerated GPU Scheduler", or "HAGS", might be causing issues, and after toggling it off, it seems like the problems have stopped?

I use an iPad as a second monitor for my stream manager so my stream preview is too tiny to catch stuff like that live T~T

I really hope it was something on their server’s end cuz I have no idea what was causing those browser sources to freeze like that… never happened prior to tonight either
