another round of monthly favorites! i didn't consume much this month, but i did read the entire Silo trilogy by @hughhowey.com and can finally finish Silo Season 2 #monthlyfavorites

a round-up of my january favorites, which honestly got me through this absurd month #monthlyfavorites
a picture of the game “fallout: new vegas” with text: my first Fallout game, get ready to scavenge the nuclear wasteland in this classic action RPG. this game is MASSIVE, and your choices can change the trajectory of the story. i now understand why this game is so beloved and replayed. the bookcover of “bloodmarked” byt tracy deonn with text: Bree navigates her grief of losing her mother and stumbles upon a medieval Arthurian mage society, while discovering magic prowess of her own. this is the 2nd book in the Legendborn series, and really solid overall! it had some fantastic twists and turns and high-stakes pacing a picture of the game “sea of stars” with text: Children of the Solstice can harness Eclipse magic, which is the only force powerful enough to stop the evil alchemist known as the Fleshmancer. i haven’t been a fan of turn-based RPGs, but this was a solid story to get lost in. the music and art are fantastic, too! a poster of the movie “high school musical 3” with text: honestly such a masterpiece, my jaw was on the floor the entire movie. idk why i haven’t watched this movie until now, but i formally apologize to my teenage self for withholding this experience from her.
