A cashier is someone who goes to work to pay bills.

A mechanic is someone who goes to work to pay bills.

A nurse is someone who goes to work to pay bills.

All are working class.

The working class must stick together in the fight for living wages.

Non-voters are the largest voting bloc in America. That has been true my entire life
I’m not mad at people who voted for Jill Stein, Cornel West, and Claudia de la Cruz, I’m mad at the millions of people who sat out the election entirely.

Idgaf I’m still fighting for guaranteed healthcare.

Aspiration is the answer. Not just “we’re not the bad guys.”

We need something more meaningful than that. I want a future worth fighting for. They have no vision. We do. Lean into our strengths and knock them out. 👊🏽

Or we can build the party from the bottom up to fight for working people instead of answering to the billionaire donor class/lobbyist infrastructure
Want a great slogan for midterms?
"If you FAFO and are struggling because of Trump policies, we understand. The Dems are here for you. Tell us how we can help you "

You get the point.

FAFO will be the theme. Be the solution.

In her first week, Biden FTC Chair Lina Khan pledged to "protect the public from corporate abuse."

In his first week, Trump FTC Chair Andrew Ferguson announced that "DEI is over" at the agency.

One agenda to protect people.

The other to distract from corporate plunder.

We must spend our time as leftists joining county Democratic executive committees, organizing to show up for the community/labor unions, and pushing an economic populist agenda from the bottom up. This way we can force change in the Dem party from the bottom up and build real community

Americans are struggling to afford things like housing, healthcare, groceries, childcare, and education.

Yet, our elected officials are more interested in banning TikTok, where working class people are talking to each other about it, instead of actually addressing the issues.

Politicians and corporations are colluding to censor social media right now for the same reasons that they used to ban enslaved people from reading. Social media was never intended for us to build community. It's meant for the rich and powerful to spread disinformation that divides and distracts us.
