I don’t get it either. If I post a terrific photo of delicious food…I get nothing. This for example is my latest. It got 2 likes. Makes me know it hasn’t been seen. I got much more interest and interaction on Threads. But I left that app.

Just look at this loaf of sourdough that just came out of my oven! At least some things are perfect exactly as they are!!

Seems we're always looking for easy, quick & flavorful weekday meals. This one is from one of my favorite new cookbooks..."Recipe Tin Easts Dinner" by Nagi Maehashi on pg. 64 Spicy Sichuan Pork Noodles. My sauce was a combo of oyster, soy, and chili. Crazy good.

Made something different for lunch today... a frittata, baked in a flour tortilla in a mini cast iron skillet, cooked in my air fryer. Scrambled eggs, olives, roasted peppers, ricotta & cheddar cheese. Yummy & lots of possibilities for variations. Let me know in the comments if more info needed

Did someone say bacon? I made these savory scones in no time. They were delicious. I followed the basic recipe on my site for blueberry scones but then added crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar, diced jalapeño and sliced green onion.
