If you haven’t tried therapy it really can help.. also talking to chat gpt also can help… if it’s seasonal depression try a happy light.vitamins, water, like there’s a lot of things that can be wrong but if you have the energy and want to try, try again until it’s right. you will be happy again 🫶🏾
