Was playing Masterduel’s 2008 event, when I attacked into Ryko with Prime Material Dragon. It wouldn’t let me chain the effect to negate, and Ryko popped it. Not sure why, because I swear you could chain back then, anyone know if rulings have changed or anything? #Masterduel #Yugioh
