I'm over 50. I spent nearly half of my life in federal service.
I am disabled, but I still honor that oath I have sworn to several times over my career.
I have flown our flag for over 20 years now, out of deep respect for those who gave all to give me that honor.
I know I am not alone in my anger

I was a bit further north for Gloria, less inundated, more wind and structure damage
About the same latitude for Sandy, but on western Long Island for that, same issue wind dmg and power infrastructure failed. I had a 10k gas generator for Sandy, and a great job that assisted us all
