The TikTok ban notification kind of startled me even though I knew it was coming. I definitely feel sad about it, sadder than I realized.

The TikTok ban notification kind of startled me even though I knew it was coming. I definitely feel sad about it, sadder than I realized.
Sad day, but unsurprising. While I’m not a content creator, I understand the app’s significance in the US and respect folks’ use of the app to reach a wide range of people. It got me through some dark days as well. Feel bad for the small businesses that used the app to get the word out. Ugh!

I showed my oldest daughter Interstellar this past weekend. While I didn’t get to take her to an IMAX screening of it, we watched it in the comfort of our own home. Her mind was blown. My favorite comment she made: “Dad. This music is epic!” And…that’s why Hans Zimmer is my favorite movie composer!
