A dish of food served in a round white plate- bowl against a black marble counter. Pan-seared tofu with golden raisins marinated in teriyaki and enough hot sauce to burn a hole in your esophagus. Shredded purple cabbage with 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp red wine vinegar, sprinkled with cumin, ground mustard, and cayenne powder, left to sit overnight. Vegan feta cheese sprinkled over the top like a light dusting of snow. This combination would be good with drizzled honey on top if you swing that way.
