Q for #KCBike community - the south directed 🚲lane along Rockhill where it meets with MLK Blvd (pic). What (if any) is the safe way to proceed from here, esp if i want to go to UMKC? It seems like all directions involved trying to cross in front of active lanes. SV pic is pre-bike lanes #bike #KC

Lucy Gayheart, by Willa Cather. She is simply one of the best to every donit. This book is so incredible and will stab you through the heart; you will never be able to leave this story behind you. I can’t really find the words.

Next, Barbarian Days by William Finnegan. I’ve never surfed in my life, but this memoir about a man’s life and his love of surfing is so well-written and compelling and I have come to really enjoy memoirs of people I really did not know anything about before.

Bomb Power by Garry Wills. Truly will change the way you think about our government and society, and radicalize you ever more against nuclear weapons. A short read that truly will re-shape how you think. Thank you to the Know Your Enemy podcast for recommending.
