I personally feel like this is an under-discussed aspect of academia, but do people have tips and tricks on grading because I often find it demotivating, especially when students do something so far off from what you expect them to?

Is it just me or traveling is extra anxiety-laden as an academic because you feel like you should be working but the environment tends not to be work-friendly (bad internet, etc.)?

I'm gradually learning about the mechanics of the US political system every time things happen.

- You can now convert Mute lists into Curated lists! Just open the list menu by pressing L, then hit the "Convert" button!
- The conversion is an one-way operation for now, but later I can add the reverse (curated to mute)!

I wonder if every academic is able to just fully form their thoughts on the spot during a talk and ask questions right away afterwards because I feel like I’ve never had that moment where I have a properly formulated thoughts / questions for the speaker 😕

I’m still trying to figure out how I’ll use this space. But I’ll definitely try to be here more.
