This was an awful start to a campaign. The speech was insincere, he didn’t take his speech with him when he finished and he didn’t say thank you. He was drowned out by things can only get better and the rain. His suit was absolutely drenched!

Good god, but this new series of Mandy is making me laugh like a drain. Above all, Diane’s direction is so bloody *comedy*, so unashamedly about making jokes work. Wish more stuff was this happy about being funny. It’s a gorgeous little beacon. Cracking. Big thumbs up.
