This is unacceptable, and as an identifiably Jewish academic, I have to say: Not in my name. I refuse to be the government’s excuse for xenophobia, Islamophobia, and anti-Palestinian racism. This is not for my safety, and it never will be.

Agents told him his visa was revoked. He said he had a green card. They were confused—then said that was revoked too.
His attorney demanded a warrant. Agents hung up instead.
