Hmmm, a study of Leigh Kidwell. The event was put together by Leigh to celebrate the imminent departure of Keith Wicks, who is headed to France. As I was finishing an illustration job in Acrylagouache, I though I would do this in the same medium just to LOOSEN UP a bit.

DALL E3 epic fail cover sent to me by a friend who thought I had ( hand painted) it. AD should be ashamed on so many levels., not least for putting a bowtie on a sweater. Count up the goofs! Their subscription to AI should be suspended...and hire a real illustrator.
