Great news! Today we won a preliminary injunction in our lawsuit against the Trump administration for dismantling the Department of Education. A federal court agreed that the attacks on DOE are unlawful and unconstitutional, and ordered the Trump administration to stop dismantling the Department.

The Constitution gives Congress the job of spending the taxpayer’s dollar, but the Trump Administration is once again ignoring that — this time with our country’s electric vehicle infrastructure.
