I was doing so good on eating healthier and working out for like 2-3 months. Now it's all going downhill because I'm eating more and not working out as much.

I don't really understand Twitch's CCV to reach affiliate. I was at 2.4 on Tuesday and had a great stream, where it said I averaged 3.5 viewers, but my CCV dropped to 2 instead of increasing.
Maybe it's because I'm not consistent and miss too many days in between streams.
