As the trump administration continues to decry DEI for promoting unqualified candidates, they are actively nominating and confirming some of the most unqualified individuals to ever hold cabinet positions. Dems need to call this hypocritical BS out NOW!!!

Can we please call the Trump tariffs what they really are, Trump sales tax. Tariffs are apparently too complicated of a concept for most Americans to understand apparently. So call them what they really are, a sales tax on consumer goods, that the American consumer will pay.

In the wake of ICE raids, advice to anyone who looks "foreign" (aka not ✋🏼 for tRump) and is a US citizen. If you have a US passport, carry it on you at all times. If you don't, get one ASAP if you can. US passports are the best proof of citizenship you can have in hand. (1/)2

The great irony of American capitalism is that the 1% don't have to crush the 99% to amass staggering wealth. As a matter of fact they lose 100's of billions every year in lost productivity due to lack of healthcare, parental leave, paid sick leave, an undereducated workforce, etc. etc.

The scariest part of a Trump presidency is there is nowhere to hide. Leaving the country won't help you when the US sets off another global recession, you lose your job abroad and are forced to return. Fleeing isn't the answer, staying and fighting like hell is.

Argued with my child for 30 minutes today about a book. He insisted we owned said book and it wasn't a long since returned library book. He nearly had me convinced that I was wrong until I checked our library account online...
