The feature is only available on open.cov-spectrum.org which uses data from INSDC (GenBank/ENA/DDBJ), we unfortunately cannot provide it for data from GISAID.

You can choose to only display the sequences of the variant or the whole MRCA clade and color the tips by different metadata fields. You can also click on an inner node and search for a subtree. 2/4
