👋 I’m Tim Lynch and I am Exploring all things change related. I have a love for technology and people so that is most of what will be here.
Love that Change Management is recognized as needed when we are trying to get economic impact from AI. The work, the work artifacts and the work flow all have to change. #ai #copilot #change Source: open.spotify.com/episode/290a...

After last week, it is clear that we can't plan how changes roll out to our users. Claude, Google, OpenAI, and Microsoft all rolled out changes and pushed those changes into enterprises regardless of whether they were ready or not. We need to develop Resilience for when the next #change come.

The app idea that I had while making coffee this morning is becoming a reality thanks to #vibecoding. This space is getting wild. I have been hearing more people talk about not using presentations to talk about an idea, use Vibe to make the concept come alive. #changemanagement

The Microsoft Work Trends Index has an interesting nugget; "employees are interrupted every 2 minutes...and it adds up to 275 interruptions a day" so when we think about piling more change - maybe can find ways to remove distractions? (www.microsoft.com/en-us/workla...) #changemanagement

AI seems to be splitting in two: tools for efficiency, and tools for imagination. One helps us optimize the familiar. The other helps us invent the future. We need both—but don’t sleep on the second one. I explain more in this short video.

💡 Just dropped a chart comparing daily visits across popular AI chatbots.
🔹 ChatGPT: 71M+
🔹 DeepSeek & Grok: 16.5M
🔹 Copilot: 2.4M and rising
But honestly? Usage stats are fun—but real wins come from people experimenting and reshaping how work happens That’s the shift.

New study from P&G shows AI like Copilot can match team performance, bridge silos, and boost how people feel at work. It’s not just a tool—it’s a new kind of teammate. Big implications for higher ed, #OCM, and how we work. papers.ssrn.com/sol3/papers....

UC San Diego is leading the way in AI-driven data insights with TritonGPT, transforming how faculty, staff, and students access institutional data. This is a great example of how AI adoption is not just about technology. #AI #HigherEd #ChangeManagement er.educause.edu/articles/202...

IMO using creative problem solving techniques has been a big help with clients in their approach to #AI and #Copilot deployments. If you are at #SXSW the CIA is giving a talk on how they use it to resolve complex challenges. If you are interested in learning more cpsiconference.com/cpsi-2025/

🚨 Microsoft Copilot for Mac? Not So Fast… 🚨
Microsoft just launched a Copilot desktop app for Mac in the Apple App Store. Sounds great, right?
Well… not really.
❌ It only works with PERSONAL Microsoft 365 accounts.
❌ No support for work/school accounts.
❌ No access for paid Copilot for M365 users.

🚨 Microsoft just enabled Copilot agents in SharePoint—no warning, no training, no governance. IT is left scrambling, users are confused, and once tokens run out, it stops working unless pay-as-you-go is enabled. This is how you break trust. Change needs planning, not chaos. #ChangeManagement

Microsoft #Copilot users can create agents to help their teams save time. Users of Copilot for M365 can create agents but everyone in the company can use them. #ai #changemanagment

This was from a Microsoft AI Product Manager on LinkedIn... (oh the irony)

Ok so this is going to be a fun change to try to help users through. Microsoft Office, Microsoft Office365 is now Microsoft 365 Copilot. It has some AI features but it is NOT Microsoft Copilot for M365 - that is different. Is that clear? #changemanagment #copilot
