After last week, it is clear that we can't plan how changes roll out to our users. Claude, Google, OpenAI, and Microsoft all rolled out changes and pushed those changes into enterprises regardless of whether they were ready or not. We need to develop Resilience for when the next #change come.

The app idea that I had while making coffee this morning is becoming a reality thanks to #vibecoding. This space is getting wild. I have been hearing more people talk about not using presentations to talk about an idea, use Vibe to make the concept come alive. #changemanagement

The Microsoft Work Trends Index has an interesting nugget; "employees are interrupted every 2 minutes...and it adds up to 275 interruptions a day" so when we think about piling more change - maybe can find ways to remove distractions? (www.microsoft.com/en-us/workla...) #changemanagement

Well… not really.
❌ It only works with PERSONAL Microsoft 365 accounts.

Ok so this is going to be a fun change to try to help users through. Microsoft Office, Microsoft Office365 is now Microsoft 365 Copilot. It has some AI features but it is NOT Microsoft Copilot for M365 - that is different. Is that clear? #changemanagment #copilot
