Going to a convention in a week and this is my cosplay lineup. Whether I’ll go through with Alma is dependent on how hot it is but I mean!! I’ve done worse lol

my husband started playing MH Wilds, so I’m helping him run his quests. his weapon of choice? dual blades. totally fine!

meanwhile i’m like “hold up lemme bring out the mega barrel 💣’s” and he proceeded to call me a menace to society but really…I’m just being an efficient menace to society

Yesterday, I went to Coyote Point with my besties and took a photo of the shoreline and the sky. When I went home and looked at it again, I realized the clouds look like butterfly or moth wings. It’s so pretty and I’m glad I snapped this, even if it was unknowingly.

Been watching too many depressing shows so I’m finally watching season 2 of XO, Kitty but then this scene comes up and it describes everything I’ve been feeling for 3 weeks 🙃

March 14, 2025 at 10:48 PM
anyway, here’s an evolution of Luna who uses a light bowgun and dual blades (though might switch the blades to something else cuz I rarely use them)

today really sucked but then i turned on the tv and Crazy Rich Asians was playing and it was the scene where Rachel is depressed for days and i felt equally depressed but also couldn’t not laugh at the irony. Freeform and Rachel Chu get me

Daughters of Olympus by Hannah Lynn. Took me a bit of time to get through this book but I finally finished! Absolutely loved the queer twist on Persephone’s story (she’s a Bi girly imo). Pacing is messy esp at first but overall, it’s not bad if you’re looking for a Demeter/Core book.

Forgot to mention but my first book of February was The Adventures of Al-Sirafi by Shannon Chakraborty, and I could not have asked for more entertaining, dangerous, and comedic tale of a pirate witch queen captain and her crew of resourceful misfits. I LOVED THIS BOOK. You should read it, too.

Finally, the year of January is over. So we agree that it’s 2026 right?

Finished Parable of the Sower by Octavia Butler last night and I am not sure how I’ll be able to handle the next book. It’s eerie and unsettling, especially when you connect it to today’s world. I don’t really know how to explain my feelings about it but it’s definitely a book people need to read.

The Teller of Small Fortunes by @julieleong.bsky.social. This book was so cozy, magical, and heartwarming, and it was everything I needed this month. Highly recommend reading!
