Jesse Singal and Matt Yglesias notwithstanding, when was the last time a Democrat running for statewide office just threw the ball full at the wickets?
Senate Dems need to realize that they can’t bring four seamers to a dry, cracked pitch and expect to get wickets. The Republicans know the right line and length to bowl but Dems seem to be forever looking for a new ball that isn’t coming.
