Why do some views cause the sidebar background to be fugly and some do not break it? The background in the first screenshot make the sidebar mostly impossible to quickly read.

Can I somehow make it be always be opaque and not randomly like now?

Liquid Glass on an iPad is pretty horrible. So many weird bugs. Such as this nicely clipped shadow. Or anything to do with a sidebar. You may or may not get a fugly mirrored background from the main view. Or a main view that does not resize when the sidebar is shown. These just in 5 mins of testing.

Apple’s photo syncing is such utter garbage. It’s now been uploading 6 photos for 15 minutes. This screenshot however synced immediately. Nothing I can do either, but kill Photos and restart, which usually works. Unreliable crap.

I guess Xcode still has no way to help me with these errors? Why is this so hard? Why can't it say what code triggers it and/or throw an exception? Why do Apple's developers hate us indies so much?

Updating the Sentry package in Xcode seems to never work. The update doesn't give any error, but it also never works and just shows a red icon. Apparently it failed but Xcode is so damn stupid that it refuses to tell me what went wrong. Also Sentry is the only package that fails.

Weird how Finder is such a pile of steaming garbage. I don't think it's seen any real improvements for decades. I'm downloading an ISO over a really slow network. One screenshot is Safari's progress and the other is the file in Finder. Finder can't even show the correct size of the file.

Slowly seeing some numbers climb. With this trajectory I’ll be reaching break even in less than 300 years. :) Fortunately this is not my main thing, but there’s 7 years of on and off work behind it.

Seems Apple’s App Store Connect app has become a bit rotten. Doesn’t seem to progress past this spinner. Oh well, I wasn’t expecting much so I’m not too disappointed.

Ah, App Store Connect has one of those days where every page has some random error on it. The submission seems to have worked though and I do, in fact, not need to "try again later".

This is what “browsing content” looks like now. Somewhat suboptimal.

Bluesky is absolutely rubbish to use on an iPad. It randomly gets this weird full wide mode that is totally unusable as well as constant rendering bugs. I guess this must be done with a web framework?

Bluesky on the iPad is buggy garbage. Frequently the aspect ratio gets messed up and it starts doing random stuff. I guess a small scrappy startup like this doesn’t have resources to do proper apps?
