I have been low-key obsessing about your base for the last few weeks. It's an outstanding design! The new additions look marvelous and really fit into the ensemble. I really like the offset positions of the alt-landing platforms and how they're worked into the adjacent elements.

Same goes for me. I have gigs full of pics that'll never get posted. 90% is meh, imo. I also have an issue with Nvidia Photomode being a fickle mistress and deciding to crash in the middle of a 4k capture. So, I take bunch of pics in 1080p before I decide which ones I want to do in 4k.

Sorta, yes. I have a process that I work from. For that one, I wanted the main building to be firmly situated at the top of the hill on a solid foundation. It emphasizes a more natural form. The landing pads and adjacent structures sit on stilts, reinforcing the protrusion of the hill and the house.
