Anger is good motivation. TOO good some might say... decided to lift weights today and dislocated my shoulder. It's 210% my fault for trying to push myself like an anime protag... my mom is still a cunt though.. so it's an extra 290% her fault. That comes out to a 500% fucked day. 8D

Okay been a bit. Move has been done for about two weeks and today marks the first day of weight training. This fat clusterfuck needs to work on their weight as well as their physical and mental health... so what better way than to do something "baby steps" wise. 10 Push-ups 10 Sit-ups and 20 Squats

FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCKING FUCK!! I hate THIS WHILE FUCKING MOVE!! Spend two hours getting tarps and cords to cover the dumpster because they have a “no water in dumpster” policy since a bad storm was coming.. took everything precaution and it still is full of water… bailing a 30’ dumpster sucks.. tired
