So sorry you’re also experiencing this. My doctor’s resident, who I saw last year hoping for her buy-in, also said that since I don’t get hot flashes, I’m not eligible. I have a connective tissues disorder that affects circulation. I may never get a hot flashes. So frustrating!

Oh I've read the studies! I know he's working on outdated info. He's also the type who doesn't take well to being "challenged" (his perception), so trying to show him studies tends to backfire. It's super fun...

Sadly my GP won’t even consider HRY until I stop menstruating completely. It’s outdated info that is causing me to suffer. Boo.

Exciting! I used to get my bras from these women from NL who would rent out a hotel suite a few times a year here. They’d measure you and bring you custom finds, offer you wine if you wanted, and we’d laugh so much. Miss that (Covid killed their business, sadly).

There is none. Those of us who still mask and take protections/precautions support each other. I get very little support (and some anti-support actually) from anyone outside of that circle, sadly. It's very isolating.
