Sadly the grooming gangs were operating well before the first report dropped. Labour were just as culpable as Tories which is why the constant finger pointing is abhorrent.

It’s not shocking at all. Anyone who has had cause to try to access NSFT services over the last decade or so knows this is business as usual. Unacceptable but not uncommon.
