First of all, the prosecutor was Emil Bove, a Trump ally who just got rewarded with a lifetime appointment as a federal judge.

Second of all, he's now saying he didn't know anything about it and relied on what "people said" (Christ) but just ten days ago he was claiming he'd pored over the records.

The Trump Administration is threatening a wrongfully deported student’s family because she spoke out about her mistreatment.

Everyone in this country has a First Amendment right to criticize their government.

This should send a chill down your spine.

💰SCOOP: Hungary is in advanced talks with Russia on a plan to bypass US sanctions on Serbia’s mostly Russian-owned NIS oil firm by having a Hungarian firm buy shares. My sources say this is foreign minister Péter Szijjártó’s main topic at today’s Moscow trip—just 11 days after Orbán's Kremlin visit.

Corporations now own 1 in 11 residential parcels in urban areas—and more than 20% in some communities. That consolidation is leaving lower-income families at the mercy of absentee landlords with little stake in local well-being.

I want to highlight just some of what was in this critical bill and why this is such a loss for Americans.

The headlines on Slaughter are all about SCOTUS giving their pet more power.

Sure, that's accurate. But it is, specifically, about gutting consumer protection.

Trump's FTC head was among those WAAAAAIIIIILLLLLLLLING that the EU fined Xitter for fraudulent blue checks (of which I have one).

Paramount's entire sales pitch is the US government will do our bidding AND they are paying the president's son-in-law: Trump Family's corruption is magnitudes more than anything else in US history.
Jared Kushner's involvement was "not mentioned in Paramount's press release on Monday morning about its $108 billion bid, nor were participating sovereign wealth funds from Saudi Arabia, Abu Dhabi and Qatar."

fancy that
Jared Kushner is part of Paramount's hostile bid for Warner Bros. Discovery
Paramount is telling WBD shareholders that it has a smoother path to regulatory approval than does Netflix.

The Supreme Court majority has decided that they are the fact-finders, and the facts are what they want them to be, and quite frankly if District Courts disagree, they can pound sand because they're not the ones in charge.

They're right about the last part. But the damage they're doing is longterm.

I am not live posting the whole argument here because I want to listen closely to Trump v. Slaughter. But the solicitor general for Trump just said the point here in killing the independence of agencies like the FTC is that executive branch officers must “fear and obey” the president. Wow. #SCOTUS
