May 1 - 31 & Oct 1 - 31: 85%
Nov 1 - Apr 30: 70%

The contract only specifies targets for regular bikes (not e-bikes), and in previous years I've noticed they don't keep the same ratio of e-bikes in the winter. Haven't checked the data for this year yet though.
