How it started and how it’s going. This is called ‘Common Mullein’ I first saw it in my meadow as in the first picture, pretty much ground level.

This is what it looks like today. A spectacular native plant.Lots of names for it, ‘common’ kind of sells it short so I’m going with ‘Candlewick’.

Enjoying the #wildflowers in my field. Purple flower is Prairie Verbena, smells so delicate and heavenly. Yellow is Huisache Daisy, also has a light scent. Fun to paint❤️
