we initially reported they'd be halved after officials from Atlanta-based agency told 2024 class and partners they would get cut...
#3 -final list of HHS cuts *do not include* CDC's Epidemic Intelligence Service after all, sparing agency's so-called "disease detectives"

but other fellowship programs were not so lucky: multiple officials confirm Public Health Associate Program was cut
