Ah, yes, the traditional constitutional standard: protests that are deemed reasonable by the president don’t have to worry about federal prosecution.
Trump: "I think people are allowed to protest. You have to do it in a reasonable manner. Not necessarily friendly, but reasonable. Otherwise Pam will come after you and you will have a big problem."

If Trump doesn’t like current law he can change it in Congress as we’ve done for almost 240 years. But that requires a lot of work so he is just inventing new law IN HIS OWN HEAD and ignoring current law, the Congress and the Supreme Court. Insane, Mad King behavior.

Even *if* you accept Stephen Miller’s (textually, historically, and morally indefensible) claim that undocumented immigrants are not entitled to due process, you’d *still* need due process to ensure that the individuals at issue are, in fact, undocumented.
