Love reading the descriptions of food and diving into Japanese culture. However, this is not a “thriller” as the book has been marketed and is quite lengthy. If you’re a foodie, then go for it!

I’m sorry to say I didn’t enjoy this book. Every chapter is extremely repetitive: anecdotes from “extremely” successful people where they found the practice in general helpful, a couple of cherry/picked studies, summarise. Honestly, I would have found a blog post more worth my time 😳

This was wild. Loved the atmosphere that was created. However, the ending felt rushed - wanted more!
